Instructions for use
- To heat in a microwave
- Place the pack into the microwave.
for recommended time. ( Please check the table for heating time ) - Remove the pack by holding the straps. Lay the pack down for a minute.
- Apply the pack to the body area that needs therapy.
- To cool in a freezer
- Put the package into a plastic bag making sure that the bag is sealed and free from air.
- Place the bag into the freezer for at least 2 hours. ( No time limit )
- Remove the pack from the bag.
- Apply pack to the body area that needs treatment.
